Reliability andthermal stability are assured by lead-frame at-tachments to the tantalum pellet made by micro-processor-controlled welding and a high tem-perature silver epoxy adhesive. Standard pack-aging is compatible with all tape-fed placementunits and with EIA RS- 481-1 tape and reel speci-fication.
